We went to your Reno Store. Super Unprofessional experience. We used the app and were instructed to be there at 1130. We waited another 45 min. Watched get skipped numerous times. Brittney flirting for tips was super uncomfortable. Skipping us cause we were a family instead of a single guy for her to solicit tips from. We will not be returning and we will tell multiple people of our horrible experience. We complained to another person there and they felt so untouchable they basically said tough, you want a haircut or not. Very Slimy Place.

I am very disappointed with this establishment. I have come here for years but now cannot get in to see a stylist unless I have an updated phone that allows me to check in online. I have been trying to get a haircut for a week now and cannot because they are booked out at noon when they close at 6 pm. Looks like I have to find a new haircut place as they as singled the people out that cannot get on and pre check in on the app. I cannot even call and make a reservation!!! So frustrating

I understand that everyone is busy. However I tried to schedule an appointment online and the website shows that on-line is unavailable. I call the store and goes to voice mail that says they are unable to check their voice mail. How are you supposed to follow the guide lines if you CAN'T!

I received great customer service, and the stylist asked many questions, however she did not meet my ideal cut. Although she was through, and very kind, she didn’t cut my hair to my expectations. Customer service was fantastic. Haircut quality was not below par, yet not up to standards. Overall: I would recommend SportsClips but would not go back again personally because I didn’t get the haircut I asked for

Not even worth the one star would give negative 2 if possible this would be the 2nd time the same stylist JACI trimmed my hair very pushy trying to talk me into something I don’t want after telling her no 3 or more times she starts to trim my hair. I wouldn’t even call it a trim more like a hack job all I asked was for finger length with the scissors on the top and sides nope worst haircut I’ve had since she cut all my hair off just like she tried to do this time. DO NOT LET JACI CUT YOUR HAIR!!!!

Not even worth 1star!!! Save your money! Un-professional.Not family/couple friendly. 1st incident,Hubby went in for a cut,and came out flustered that his stylist kept flirting with him,making it uncomfortable wanting his personal info and more(If you know what I mean).2nd incident-Asked about a haircut for children,Rebecca laughed with a smart *** reply and said Yeah”,we do them depending on how your kid behaves.Then asked how old the child was while her coworker was laughing about it as well and said well that would be a 20$ charge”,in a snotty response.Note-my son is well behaved,only 1 1/2yrs old and not much hair... It’s not cool to pre-judge,especially when I’m one who would of been her biggest tipper for a 5min trim to shape his tiny hairs.
